Terms & Conditions

Orders & payment

[Accepted payment methods, when an order is confirmed, and pricing in EGP.]

Delivery

[Delivery areas, timing, and fees.]

Exchanges

Each piece is prepared with care, so we don’t accept returns.

Exchanges are welcome on unused pieces in their original condition, with all tags and packaging, subject to availability. [How to request an exchange, and within how many days.]

Sizing

Every piece has its own size chart on its page. If you’re between sizes, message us before you order. We’d much rather help you choose than arrange an exchange later.

Care

Care instructions are listed on each piece. Most are dry clean only, so they keep their shape for years.

Privacy

[What customer data is collected, how it is used, and that it is never sold.]
